A curated lab for applied judgment.
Turn what you know into what happens next.
Outcomes
| Before the lab | After the lab | Payoff |
|---|---|---|
| Sends a 12 page doc explaining the outage | Sends the decision, risk and ask in five lines no AI summary can distort | The fix gets approved before the confusion costs another $100K |
| Walks everyone through how something works | Leads with what it means for them and gets a decision | The stakeholder renews and adds $150K in new work |
| Is trusted to do the work but not to make the call | Sees the context as much as the task | Becomes the person who joins the meeting and everyone sighs with relief |
Why a lab?
People and perspective live beyond an LLM chat window.
Each week uses real situations to practice making the call and packaging the recommendation. The cohort adds perspectives from people facing similar problems in different companies.
That's not to say this is an anti-AI experience. It's built to increase your leverage with AI by grounding it in real people, real problems and real world context.

FAQs
How many people are in a cohort?
6-8. These are highly curated groups by application only.
What if a competitor is in my cohort?
No competing companies will be matched.
Is this an AI course?
Yes. This cohort requires basic proficiency with AI tools. Rather than how to use them, it focuses on how to gather context around and with AI, how to build relationships that now get filtered through LLMs and how to account for modern realities like AI notetakers.
