My career began helping build teams at organizations like Centare, Northwestern Mutual and Compuware. Later I co-founded Newance, a people and organizational advisory firm that worked with stellar companies like Seven Seven Six, KKR, Voyager and more.

In 2026, Newance was acquired by Hirewell. That work provided a close view of how companies actually experience the market.

Not through headlines or forecasts but through leadership decisions, hiring behavior and the small signals that show up inside organizations long before the the news catches up. Today I focus on interpreting those signals and what they reveal about leadership judgment, labor dynamics and trust.
