I've sat in the operator seat. Now I read the labor market for the people still in it.

I've spent nearly two decades inside companies as they were built, scaled and sold. I started at Centare, Northwestern Mutual and Compuware.

Then I co-founded Newance, an advisory firm that worked with firms like Seven Seven Six, KKR and Voyager. Newance was acquired by Hirewell in 2026.

Today I help operators see what's shifting in the labor market while there's still time to act on it.
